FIRM will do the best to keep WomanHike.com safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to keep WomanHike.com safe, which includes the following commitments by the User

The User will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on WomanHike.com.
The User will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access WomanHike using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our prior permission.
The User will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on WomanHike.
The User will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
The User will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
The User will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the India, excluding its conflicts of law rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall be courts of Sangli located in Maharastra, country India, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

FIRM reserves the right in its sole discretion to investigate and take legal action against anyone who engages in any illegal or prohibited conduct or otherwise violates these Terms of Use, including without limitation, removing the User content from the Site and/or terminating the offending User's ability to access the Site and/or use services therein.

Only selected entries will be published; unethical and unsocial entries will be disqualified.
Mere submission of the entry does not mean that the same shall be published. Company reserves the right to publish or disqualify the entries.
No dispute regarding the selection or disqualification of the entries shall be entertained by company and any decision of company in finalizing or eliminating the entries shall be final and binding on all participants.
The company may at any time/stages make changes or amendments in the format, rules and regulations or eligibility criteria, terms and conditions OR withdraw the Gift scheme without any prior notice.

WomanHike EXCLUSIVE GIFTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

The site has decided to award members with exclusive gifts for the highest likes for the posts / blogs on global wall and it’s inner walls ie articles, artwork, recipes. The gifts are also for the member with highest number of friends invited if the friends have signed up the site. For the same number of friends actually signed up for WomanHike.com will be considered. The company may change / modify or replace these conditions.

The company may arrange / conduct any competitions / contests for the member or female users.

The company reserves the right to revoke the gift scheme anytime without any notification to anyone.

The exclusive gifts will be given as per the criteria decided by the WomanHike Authorities. The terms and conditions of the competition will be declared as and when required.

The WomanHike Authorities or the company are not responsible for the loss or damage of the gift item during transit delivered through post/courier. The gifts will not be replaced once delivered.
