PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES

FIRM will do the best to keep WomanHike.com safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to keep WomanHike.com safe, which includes the following commitments by the User

The User will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on WomanHike.com.
The User will not collect users' content or information, or otherwise access WomanHike using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our prior permission.
The User will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on WomanHike.
The User will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
The User will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
The User will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
The User will not post content that: is hate-speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence and any content that hampers the beliefs of any religions, casts, etc.
The User will not develop or operate a third-party application containing alcohol-related, dating or other mature content (including advertisements) without appropriate age-based restrictions.
The User will follow our Promotions Guidelines and all applicable laws if you publicize or offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes ("promotion") on WomanHike.

Proprietary Rights

The User acknowledges and agrees that the content and materials available on the Site, including without limitation all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, video media, artwork, design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, the arrangement thereof, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, compile or create derivative works from such content or materials. This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the India, excluding its conflicts of law rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall be courts of Sangli located in Maharastra, country India, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

FIRM reserves the right in its sole discretion to investigate and take legal action against anyone who engages in any illegal or prohibited conduct or otherwise violates these Terms of Use, including without limitation, removing the User content from the Site and/or terminating the offending User's ability to access the Site and/or use services therein.

The User hereby specifically agrees to comply with the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000 as also rules, regulations, guidelines, bye laws and notifications made there under, while on the Site. The user also undertakes that the content provided by her is not defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful. The User shall alone be responsible for all her acts, deeds and things and that she alone shall be liable for civil and criminal liability there under or under any other law for the time being in force.

FIRM makes no representation that Materials on this site are appropriate or available for use at any other location(s) outside India.
